The service department is amazing!! I sent my daughter here for some repairs while she is at college which is nerve wracking enough.
The issue was intermittent and quite a pain to solve. Cory not only fixed the problem he was patient and went above and beyond throughout the process. Dinorah kept my daughter in the loop as well. Never once did I feel taken advantage of or pushed aside for a complex repair. If the sales department operates like the service department I will gladly drive from Fort Worth to buy my next Honda here

Great service. This is the 4th CRV I've bought from this dealership. Clay was my salesman and he was very nice and helpful and answered all questions I had. Finally a dealership i trust. A shade tree mechanic myself so I typically have a hard time trusting dealerships service departments. Not the case with Jack Of Diamonds. Was not looking fwd. to dealing with used truck sales folks. Most via internet search replied with cookie-cutter replies, did not answer my questions, and tried to call me. Clay was different and responded in timely manner to my questions. No pressure or sales gimmicks. Leo gave options for extended warranty, and did not try and pressure when we declined. Very good experience and both a credit to used truck sales!!!

I recently had a very pleasant car buying experience at Jack O'Diamonds Honda. I started the process online to get specifics on the new 2026 Passport. From start to finish, working with salesman, Hayden Davis was smooth and stress free. He took the time to answer all my questions along with sending photos of the vehicle since I was coming from out of town. He went the extra mile to find the exact add ons I requested. He kept me updated on the status of my Passport as far as getting it ready to go out the door goes. Overall is was a great experience.
