Clay was different and responded in timely manner to my questions. No pressure or sales gimmicks. Leo gave options for extended warranty, and did not try and pressure when we declined. I had been in contact with Clay and James about trying for a new CRV. Unfortunately, they did not have the one I wanted in stock it was going to be 3-6 weeks before it came. Instead they up graded me to the CRV EXL fully loaded, and it was only $5 more for the car they were patient and understanding with me and got the deal done in about 2 hours.
