COVID 19 Commitment


At Jack O Diamonds Honda Lincoln, the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.

Like most of you, we have been reading and researching all the best ways to stay safe and healthy during this outbreak.  We wanted to communicate all of the steps that we are taking to keep our dealership, and all of those who enter, as safe as possible.

  • We are carefully following guidelines recommended by the CDC and are staying up to date with their recommendations as they are updated.
  • Our staff been instructed to disinfect cell phones, desk phones, keyboards, iPads and kiosks multiple times per day as recommended by the EPA, and to wash their hands frequently throughout the day. We have also placed additional hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes throughout the dealership and will continue to do so as supplies remain available.
  • Our team members will not be shaking hands, giving high fives, fist bumps or hugs until further notice. This is extremely difficult because we are such a friendly team, but we know that it is the best practice at this time.
  • Service vehicle touch points will be disinfected. Anyone that touches the inside of your car will wipe down areas like handles, steering wheels and knobs.

As always, the health, safety and well-being of our customers, our associates and our communities is of paramount concern. We continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and are here to assist our customers as needed.
